Greater Lexington · neighborhoods we actually cover
Chevy Chase or Hamburg, Beaumont or Georgetown — same ADT watch, different desk
Pick the school and the commute. Then order monitoring for the hours the house is empty. One 859 line covers the map. We do not mill Pikeville.
In-city Lexington
Chevy Chase, Ashland Park, Hamburg, Beaumont, Masterson Station, Tates Creek. Older houses, more windows, leftover keypads. Porch packages still walk off. Inside Lexington-Fayette, the $15 CryWolf permit is required. Lexington Police is the usual dispatch. That is not Georgetown and not Nicholasville.
Southwest and east Lexington plats
Beaumont, Palomar, Firebrook, Hamburg, Brighton East. School-day empties toward Fayette County Public Schools. Builder leftover keypads are common. HOA camera rules show up. Indoor ADT still covers the house. We name the office from your ZIP. We do not invent a collar-city user-permit dollar amount.
North and close-in historic
Masterson Station, Meadowthorpe, Gratz Park, Kenwick. Weekday empties. Same ADT watch as Chevy Chase. Confirm the parcel sits in Lexington-Fayette — CryWolf is $15 a year. Georgetown is a different city hall.
Scott, Jessamine, Woodford, and the rest of the collar
Georgetown sits in Scott County. Nicholasville and Wilmore sit in Jessamine. Versailles and Midway sit in Woodford. Richmond, Paris, and Winchester sit in Madison, Bourbon, and Clark. Independent cities are not Lexington Police. Confirm that city or town office from the ZIP. Same professionally installed system. We confirm the earliest window on the call — we do not invent same-day for other coverage.
Georgetown
Its own city in Scott County. Georgetown Police is not Lexington Police. User-permit deleted in 2022. Leftover keypads on resales. Call with the ZIP.
Nicholasville and Versailles
Jessamine and Woodford. Independent desks. School-day empties. Same ADT watch. We do not invent their permit fees.
Chevy Chase
In-city Lexington. Porch packages. Leftover keypads. $15 CryWolf permit after install.
Lexington homeowners can trust a SafeStreets security system monitored by ADT wherever you land — as long as the ZIP is in coverage. Call with the address.
